How to request deletion
You have two options. Both permanently delete the Facebook/Instagram data we received about your connected account.
Option 1 — Submit the form
Provide the email you used with Kormex AI and the Facebook/Instagram account identifier (user ID or username). We will match it to your stored connection and delete it.
Option 2 — Delete from your dashboard
Sign in to your Kormex dashboard, open the channel connection, and choose "Disconnect". This immediately removes the stored tokens and associated data for that platform.
What we delete
- Access and refresh tokens for the Facebook/Instagram connection.
- The page ID, Instagram business ID and handle we stored.
- Any cached metrics or profile data pulled from the platform.
We confirm deletion to you by email and, where applicable, notify Meta at our Data Deletion Callback. We retain only the minimum record needed to evidence the deletion request for 90 days, after which it is removed.
Processing time
Requests are processed within 30 days, as required by the Meta Platform Terms.
